Inverse Design and Manufacture
Performing inverse design and manufacturing steps attentively and exactly has always led us to achieve desired performance of turbomachines components and systems which brings satisfaction of customers and task owners.
In the design and manufacturing subdivision approximately for all parts and assemblies a similar process is used for inverse design and manufactue. This process includes some steps such as performing measurments by using CMM or optical surface measuring system, extracting geometrical design parameters, generating 3D models and 2D sketches, determination of geometrical and dimensional tolerances, providing casting models drawings, preparing machining drawings, providing design documents, G-code preparation for multi-axis machining, machining, surface coating or hardening, grinding and finally assembling.
