Energy
Turbomachines have always been an important system in industrial applications which are related to the production, process and transportation of oil and gas energy. Gas turbines in powerpalnts and petrochemical plants, turbines in dams, various types of pumps and pressure decrease/increase units are some examples.
TARH NEGASHT had started its activity on this field by reverse engineering and renovation of some pumps. Reverse engineering of some pumps such as
- MATHER+PLATT double-suction pumps model Medi Vane 8/10DMED
- BYRON JACKSON vertical pumps model 8MA/15
- Mission pumps model Mission Maguml-3x2x13R and 1-1/8 Pedestal 1x11/2x81/2C
and also renovation of some pumps such as
- PACIFIC multistage pumps model JTC
- MORET jet pumps model MRVO 350.300.500
- MORET condense pumps model MRVO 500.450.700 are some examples of the well done projects

Endeavors on manufacturing of some parts with higher technological grades such as turbine blades and centrifugal compressors have recently performed by TARH NEGASHT group. Reverse engineering and manufacturing of gas pressure unit turbine is a product of these endeavors. Reverse engineering and manufacturing of some turbine blades is an in process project in our group.

So we are ready to perform any reverse engineering and manufacturing process for parts and systems related to the field of energy including turbine blades, centrifugal compressors, nozzles, pumps, etc.

Beside pumps and centrifugal compressors our company has experiences in design and manufacturing of some types of couplings such as gear couplings and membrane couplings. For more information about gear coupling refer to the section of gears and gearboxes and for more information about membrane couplings refer to the section of specific machines and components. In oil & gas industries membrane couplings are commonly used in driver-driven systems such turbines, compressors and electrical motors driven pumps. This type of couplings can perfectly tolerate axial, offset and angular misalignments and also their effective working life are relatively longer.
